Does the panel meet the CTE on insulation?

The panel’s U-value is below the CTE limit for zone B: SIP 174 wall, ≈ 0.24 W/m²K (limit 0.56); SIP 174 C roof, ≈ 0.24 (limit 0.44). Indicative calculated values, pending data sheet.

What about damp and termites?

They are dealt with in the design. The condensation check (CTE DB-HE) places the vapour barrier and membrane; the faces are OSB/3, a board for humid conditions. The panel never touches the ground: it sits on a sealed sole plate.
